Public Comment Period for Water Strategy Wraps-Up

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Matt Mead appreciates all of the people who commented on Wyoming’s Water Strategy. Two months ago Governor Mead released a list of measures that could potentially be included in the Water Strategy. People have been commenting on those measures over the last 60 days and comments will continue to be accepted through midnight tonight.

“The importance of water to Wyoming’s future cannot be overstated. This Strategy will allow us to be proactive in ensuring a strong future for Wyoming,” Governor Mead said. “I thank all of those who have commented. We will go to work reviewing comments and putting together an effective Strategy.”
