CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Matt Mead has sent the Wyoming Senate his list of nominees for various state boards and commissions. He also asked the Senate to consider his names for members of his cabinet.

“One of the strengths of Wyoming is that men and women from all around the state offer to step forward and serve. We have a great citizens’ Legislature. We have talented individuals willing to take on the considerable responsibilities that go with a cabinet level position. Additionally hundreds of individuals serve on boards and commissions dealing with a myriad of important topics. This service graciously given by so many requires time away from family and time away from careers and businesses,” Governor Mead said. “I am grateful to those willing to step forward and give to Wyoming. I thank them all.”

The Senate has five days to approve or reject the appointments.
